The total estimate includes handling and transit. These periods are not added again to the total estimate.

For these estimates, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays when the relevant fulfillment operation or carrier does not operate.

Delivery availability depends on the destination supported by checkout. Our focus on North America does not mean that every country, territory, postal code, or address type is supported.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not remove specific commitments made for your order or rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, explain the available options, and obtain agreement to a delay where required by law. We will provide cancellation and refunds when required.

Free standard shipping covers outbound delivery. Return shipping responsibilities are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Applicable taxes and import charges are distinct from standard shipping charges. Amounts collected by ACEPROD are identified at checkout. Where import charges are payable separately by the customer, that responsibility must be disclosed before purchase. This notice does not create an undisclosed obligation to pay additional charges.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

Our Return & Refund Policy explains voluntary return eligibility, return procedures, shipping costs, and refund processing.

Voluntary change-of-mind conditions do not replace rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, the relevant consumer guarantees cannot be excluded. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or compensation.

Customers in other jurisdictions retain the mandatory consumer protections applicable to their purchases.

We will not rely on a voluntary return deadline, an original-packaging requirement, or an unused-condition requirement to deny a statutory remedy where those conditions do not lawfully apply.

8. Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, and other content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Applicable rights remain with ACEPROD or the relevant rights holders.

You may use website content for shopping and retain copies of your order information and applicable policies.

Other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. This provision does not restrict lawful quotation, honest reviews, consumer complaints, or other legally protected activities.

References to third-party names or marks do not transfer ownership of those rights or, by themselves, establish an affiliation.

This notice does not replace required privacy disclosures or any consent or opt-out mechanism applicable to particular processing activities.

Placing an order or reading this notice does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking that requires separate consent.

Independent websites, payment services, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Those terms do not remove ACEPROD’s responsibilities relating to your purchase.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable obligations concerning misleading representations, product conformity, fulfillment, or consumer remedies.

11. Governing Law and Complaints

This notice is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory laws applicable to your purchase and circumstances.

This choice of law does not deprive you of consumer protections that cannot be excluded. It does not require proceedings to be brought exclusively in Australia where applicable law permits another forum.

Contacting us is not a mandatory prerequisite to raising a legitimate payment dispute, contacting a regulator, seeking independent advice, or exercising a legal right. This notice does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Updates will not retrospectively reduce rights, delivery commitments, or refund entitlements relating to an existing purchase.
